Baking with Hot Bread Kitchen

I received The Hot Bread Kitchen Cookbook for Christmas 2015 and resolved to try two recipes a month. That didn’t quite work, but it did start this semi-regular-turned-casual series. As I make my way through breads of the world, I will write short posts about my experience with the recipes (I will not post the recipes themselves).
